Zhongke Blue Valley Semiconductor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongke (Shenzhen) Wireless Semiconductor Co., Ltd., established by senior experts in the third-generation semiconductor industry, including 7 professors and 11 doctoral holders. The company has secured 143 national defense and civilian patents and published 250 research papers, boasting extensive experience in the R&D and industrialization of gallium-based integrated circuit specialty processes. Focusing on gallium nitride cutting-edge materials and gallium-based integrated circuit manufacturing processes, the company specializes in robot joints, robot cerebellar control technology, UAV flight control and image transmission, new national standard BMS automotive battery management, and next-generation display technologies. It serves as a key laboratory designated by Zhongke Semiconductor under the "2022" initiative, having developed China's first pyramid-structured array micro LED technology and achieved red light epitaxial materials on sapphire substrates.

Corporate Vision

Short term goals (2024-2026)

Complete the construction of a 350nm process 8-inch compound semiconductor production line for independent and controllable production, and increase domestic substitution and market promotion in the fields of consumer electronics, new energy, and equipment.

Mid term goals (2026-2029)

Stabilize the market share of the third-generation semiconductor and launch the fourth generation semiconductor diamond (C) and gallium oxide (GaO) new material power device products and brand position.

Long term goal (2030-2032)

Launch the fifth generation semiconductor carbon nano (SP2) material, develop low-voltage, low-power, high electron transfer transistors and new carbon nano material chips, and continue to increase research and development efforts in military equipment, new energy vehicles, drones, future display technology, and future silicon-based carbon nano chip technology.
